It's as easy as one, two three..................four!

Step One - [design]
Print and Cut can work with almost any software so, all you need is to create your print and cut artwork using you favourite programme. This design needs to contain all the elements of the image including the vector cut lines for any cut shapes this will ensure perfect alignment on the final product.

It is important at this stage to create a centre or edge datum point on the artwork which can be used for alignment on the laser.

Step Two - [print]
Printing images on the ColourJet printer couldn't be easier or better. The high quality eco-solvent ink provides vibrant colour on both vector graphics and photo images. The printer will print on an area 320mm x 520mm (A3+). The printer will auto-sense the height of the object to be printed and wait to receive print instructions. The Graphic can be sent via an easy to use driver or via a RIP which allows greater control of the print process.

Step Three - [cut]
Now that you have your print with its registration mark you can take it to the laser and use the red dot pointer to align the image on the location mark or marks. Once this is done you can guarantee perfect alignment so all you need to do now is to 'print' the vector lines and adjust the settings on the laser to suit the materials.
Step Four - [finish]
So, now you have a perfect print and a perfect cut all you have to do now is to finish off and ship or install the finished product .......that's Print and Cut!
